WORLD SAFETY VS TERRORISM

     

Introduction.    During kings period of time,  some people fought for their rights, they were called extremists.  Even during the British period of time, some people were worked against British rule and such extremists were available world wide.  Later,  when British rule ends, some people were worked against their government they were called as liberalists.   Afterwards these extremists and liberalists were turned as terrorists in modern time.

Origin and Growth of Terrorism.   After British empire ends their intention to rule the world, the fight between Russia and America to capture world started. The British , Russia and America were deploying  their forces in most of the countries. The Russia, after Anglo-Russian Convention in 1907 in Afghanistan the two empires had accepted Russian emphire's holdings in central Asia and British empires holdings in India.  After independence, India supported Russia .  But these were not accepted by America.  Pakistan supported America.  The world after second world war divided into two, one is the group of countries supported by America and another one is the group of countries supported by Russia. 

    To prevent Russias invasion and expension into Afghan territory USA and Pakistan supported Talibans in Afghanistan.  Taliban arose, not only in Afghanistan, but also among Afghan refugees and former Mujahideen studying in Madaris (Muslim Religious College)  of Pakistan.  Later the Talibans did a big role in Afghanistan. Talibans caused for withdrawal of Russia and most of the Muslim fundamental organisations worked together with Talibans when Talibans captured Afghan cities one by one.  Pakistan itself supported Muslim based Talibans and it once considered Talibans as the solution of Pakistan problem.  The Taliban had access to more influential lobbies and groups in Pakistan than most Pakistanis. 

     Later, Al Qaida, Lashkar -e-Taiba and Jaish- e- Mohammad were joined hands with Talibans.  But unfortunately these outfits were turned to create terror on public and governments  and became terrorist organisations in later time.  

    In the beginning Muslim based organisations were to wage Jihad against Soviet Union and later these organisations turned as terrorist outfits again for Jihad itself.   

   There are some other liberal groups turned as terrorist outfits are working in the world. Every such outfits have interlink with global terrorism.

Government Vs Terrorism

     Terrorist outfits are underworld organisation.  They can't come forward  in public view.  Most of the countries accepted the democratic way of occupying government.  Leaders of political parties stand in public elections and form government after win.  But terrorist organisation captures one country and make their own government in an unacceptable way.  Army coup is also an unacceptable way of running government of a country. 

     The terrorist outfits are merely an  Army and it will not authorised to form a government.  Political party is not required to form an Army if it wants to stand for public election. But terrorist organisation itself an Army and it wants to run a government.

Present Condition

    At present the world is in danger because of terrorism.  Most of the countries are affected by terrorism.  Many of innocent people were killed and government properties were destroyed by terrorist outfits world wide.  Every group of people should fight for their rights and intentions only through a democratic way and nobody has rights to create terror on public and their property.  

Conclusion and Solution to Terrorism

     Presently,  Terrorism has become world issue so a single country can't face with terrorism.  Terrorism is not a problem of single country.  Because every country is already fighting against poverty, unemployment and Corono Virus etc. The world should unite together to fight against terrorism.   The UNO should concentrate its focus to face terrorism with United World Army Force. We should not blame any particular religion for terrorism in future.  We are not against any religion, language, caste and group of people but we are against terrorism. Apart from fighting against terrorism is a duty of Army of a single country, it is also a duty of world government or UNO.
